VIRTUAL CLOUD SERVERS

Choose a virtual server with a clear operating plan.

A virtual server gives an application a defined resource allocation, but the work of running it still needs an owner. Compare the available plans and any management options against the system you intend to deploy.

FOR APPLICATIONS THAT NEED THEIR OWN ENVIRONMENT

Why choose virtual cloud servers?

Choose a virtual cloud server when your applications need their own operating environment and defined resources. These self-managed plans give you a clear view of virtual CPU, memory, storage and operating system options.

01

Choose the resources you need

Compare virtual CPU cores, ECC memory and NVMe SSD storage against your application’s requirements.

02

Manage your own environment

The self-managed service model suits teams ready to handle their server software, updates and configuration.

03

Build with a clear specification

Review operating system choices, IPv4 allocation and other plan details before deciding how your workload should run.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

A few useful answers.

Need a hand choosing? Talk to our team.

What does the monthly equivalent mean?

For annual and longer billing periods, the main price divides the full term charge by the number of months. The billing line shows the total amount you pay for that term.

How are savings calculated?

A savings badge appears only when the selected recurring term costs less than the same number of monthly payments. It uses current prices from the current hosting catalogue.

Where do I complete and manage my hosting order?

Hosting orders continue with telaHosting’s connected billing platform account. Your selected product, billing period and currency travel with the checkout link. Bazecity product accounts and general support remain in the Bazecity app.

Capacity is one part of the server decision.

Check the technical environment

List the required operating system, runtime, storage, network access and application dependencies. Compare those with the actual provider specification, including the available resource limits. If an existing application is moving, review how data, configuration and testing will be handled rather than assuming a new server order performs the migration automatically.

Decide who operates the service

Clarify system patching, access control, deployment, backups and incident handling before purchase. A managed option should be assessed against its stated scope, while an unmanaged server requires suitable administration. Review the selected billing cycle and current GBP total at the provider checkout; confirm any essential infrastructure location or recovery requirement directly.
