BAZECITY · CLOUD & HOSTING SETUP

Prepare the environment before pointing customers at it.

A successful deployment connects the application with the right hosting configuration, accounts and review process. We help UK businesses scope that preparation around the actual stack, while keeping provider services and project implementation responsibilities explicit.

THE RIGHT FOUNDATION

Match the environment to the workload.

A deployment should account for the application, its dependencies and the people operating it. We review those needs before configuring a new environment or moving an existing service.

START WITH THE OUTCOME

Include the application stack, current provider, data size, important domains, dependencies and any planned launch window.

WHAT WE CAN BUILD

A considered scope. Useful capabilities.

The proposal defines which of these capabilities are included in your project.

01

Requirements review

Check the application runtime, storage, traffic assumptions and service dependencies.

02

Environment setup

Configure the agreed server or hosting environment and required services.

03

Domain & TLS setup

Plan domain routing and certificate configuration for the deployment.

04

Deployment workflow

Document releases, environment settings and appropriate access responsibilities.

05

Migration planning

Map files, data and URLs, with a defined switch and rollback approach.

06

Backup responsibilities

Agree backup scope, recovery checks and the ongoing operational owner.

A CLEAR HANDOVER

Know what the project is delivering.

Deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before implementation.

  1. An environment requirements checklist
  2. Agreed hosting configuration
  3. Deployment and migration instructions
  4. Domain and certificate checks
  5. A documented operating handover
FROM BRIEF TO DELIVERY

A practical route to the next release.

Review the requirement, agree the scope and test the work against the outcome.

01

Discover

Review the current setup, users, dependencies and practical constraints.

02

Build & review

Implement the agreed work with useful review points and recorded decisions.

03

Validate & hand over

Check the main journeys and document the delivered configuration and responsibilities.

SERVICE QUESTIONS

A few details before we begin.

Use these answers as a starting point, then bring your project-specific requirements into the brief.

Is hosting included in the setup service?

Hosting subscriptions and setup work are distinct unless the proposal bundles them. telaHosting is part of Bazecity’s product family, and plan requirements are reviewed for the application.

Can you migrate an existing website?

A migration can include files, data, domains and important URLs. The plan defines validation, the cutover window and rollback responsibilities.

Can you guarantee no downtime?

No universal guarantee is appropriate. Availability during migration depends on the systems involved; the proposal sets out the approach and expected service impact.

LET’S MAKE IT SPECIFIC

Tell us what needs to work better.

A clear starting point is enough: your current setup, the task you want to improve and the outcome you need.

BAZECITY UK

Treat deployment as a sequence you can verify.

List the application’s real dependencies

Record the required runtime, database, storage, scheduled tasks and external connections. Identify which settings are already managed by the provider and which need configuration within the project. Existing websites and live data require a migration and testing plan; choosing a hosting package alone does not determine how those changes should be carried out.

Agree launch and handover criteria

Decide who controls DNS, domain access, deployment credentials and the final approval to launch. Review the application’s key actions in the prepared environment and document the support route after handover. Location, backups, monitoring and recovery must be confirmed from the chosen service and agreed scope, not inferred from the UK audience of this page.
