Bazecity Support Tickets Pro

Run a WordPress helpdesk with a customer ticket portal, staff assignment, departments, internal notes, protected attachments, email intake and clear support queues.

About this product

Give customers a focused support portal and staff an organized helpdesk inside WordPress. Customers open and follow their own tickets; authorized staff manage replies, assignments, watchers, department queues and internal notes.

Configure departments, priorities, ticket statuses and escalation levels. Use canned replies, knowledge-base links, SLA due and warning indicators, saved staff queues, merge and archive actions, customer ratings and operational reports. Staff roles and access checks control who can view tickets or take actions.

Keep attachments in protected private storage outside the public WordPress root. Configure customer-facing labels, brand colors, logos and email templates. Embed the customer portal with [bazecity_support_tickets] and a ticket form with [bazecity_open_ticket]. Supported WooCommerce purchased-item links are optional and verified against the signed-in customer's purchases.

Connect department POP3 mailboxes or an authenticated HTTPS mailpipe for incoming email. Outbound notifications use queued WordPress wp_mail delivery with bounded retries and worker health information. The plugin does not include an SMTP service, an IMAP engine or a separate email hosting account. Configure a reliable mail transport separately.

Requires WordPress, PHP 8.2 or newer with Sodium and OpenSSL, HTTPS, a writable private attachment directory and working WordPress mail delivery. POP3 intake requires access to the configured mailbox server. A real scheduled cron is recommended for predictable queue and mailbox processing. Site activation limits do not impose an agent or ticket quota.

License options: choose 1, 5 or 25 WordPress site activations with monthly, quarterly, six-month, annual or two-year billing. All activation tiers include the same plugin features. A free seven-day trial is available at each activation level: one trial per customer and product across all trial variations, with no trial grace extension and no automatic charge. Sign in or create a customer account to start a trial, then choose a paid plan when ready.

Optional +1, +5 and +10 site activation add-ons are one-time additions to the selected license. They increase installation capacity while that license is eligible; they do not extend its usage period, update rights, support term or trial. Active purchased activation increments are retained through later paid plan changes or renewals unless reversed or blocked by a financial review.

Install the original publisher-signed ZIP in WordPress, then enter the license key and API secret from your Bazecity account. Signed update eligibility follows the selected license term. Back up the website and test upgrades with your own theme and extensions before production use. Documentation and upgrade guidance are available at docs.bazecity.com.

BAZECITY UK

Design the request and the response as one process.

Ask for information that helps resolve the issue

Identify the product, order or service details needed to understand a request. Decide what the customer should submit and how staff will review it, without encouraging public disclosure of credentials. Compare the required ticket workflow, notifications and account integration against the current product information rather than assuming every support process is included.

Assign responsibility before expanding the queue

Agree who reviews new requests, keeps customers informed and maintains the installation. Check platform versions, access controls and the licence allowance for the websites involved. The app confirms current ordering options; importing an existing support history, changing an internal process or building a custom connection may need additional planning and a separate scope.
