Bazecity Client PIN Manager

Verify support requests with secure account PINs, a dedicated staff workspace and configurable customer branding. Includes signed updates from your billing platform dashboard.

About this product

Support verification for your hosting business

Give customers a clear way to generate, verify, email and replace an account support PIN. Staff can find the matching customer, verify a supplied PIN or reset and email a replacement without asking for the customer's account password.

A focused staff workspace
Use the dedicated authenticated staff verification page or the main billing platform addon. Select module leads by staff ID, rename or hide the header shortcut and retain the native billing platform administrator-role access rules. Full Administrators control license credentials, lead access and signed installations.

Your brand for customers
Set your company name, customer page title, HTTPS logo and accent colour. Customer screens adapt to mobile and desktop, while official Bazecity staff branding stays protected by the signed package inventory.

PIN protection and audit history
PINs are password-hashed and use keyed lookup indexes. Incorrect attempts trigger account locks; authenticated forms use CSRF protection and one-use reset tokens. Staff and customer PIN actions show inline results through AJAX. PINs are an additional support-verification aid: continue using additional checks for sensitive account or billing changes.

License status and signed upgrades
See verified license status, expiry when provided and installation limits. Approaching-expiry notices are configurable. Check and install publisher-signed compatible updates from the module's Updates tab, with private backups and recovery support. Existing activation credentials, branding and PIN records remain in billing platform storage.

Choose the installation allowance and term that fit your organisation
Existing plans include a seven-day trial and paid monthly, quarterly, six-month, annual and two-year terms for 1, 5 or 25 installations. The selected configuration shows its exact price and included rights before checkout. Prices, manual currency overrides and add-ons are managed in the catalogue.

Requirements
A compatible billing platform installation with 64-bit PHP 8.1 or newer, Sodium, cURL, mbstring, ZIP, MySQL or MariaDB and the billing platform cron. Dashboard installation of signed updates additionally requires Linux, Python 3.6 or newer, a compatible PHP CLI and private writable account storage. Review the included README and test your exact billing platform release and theme before deployment.

Explain what staff must verify and what comes next

Describe the request being handled, the account information staff can inspect and the action they may take after verification. A client PIN or similar check should have a clear role in that process. Confirm the module’s supported versions and configuration requirements; it does not replace the wider account access, recovery and staff authorisation procedures.

Review the experience for customers and administrators

Test how the customer finds the required information and how staff respond when verification cannot be completed. Agree who maintains the configuration and reviews it after platform changes. Select the installation allowance and billing period separately through the app, with custom support flows or third-party integrations scoped apart from the product licence.
