Bazecity Wallet Suite Pro for WooCommerce

Add store-wallet funding, full or partial wallet checkout, customer statements and an auditable wallet ledger to WooCommerce. Account Suite is optional and licensed separately.

About this product

Offer customers store-wallet balances and a clear transaction history while retaining native WooCommerce orders and supported payment gateways as the commerce records.

Configure wallet funding and allow customers to apply their available wallet credit at checkout. Full-wallet payment uses the wallet gateway; partial wallet credit keeps the external payment portion separate.

Give customers filtered statements and provide authorized staff with ledger administration and reconciliation tools. Currency displays retain the original transaction currency; unsupported conversions are blocked rather than represented as a fabricated balance.

Settle the original wallet portion of supported WooCommerce refunds through the wallet ledger. Existing balances and historical records remain available after license expiry; new commercial wallet operations require an eligible active license.

Bazecity Account Suite Pro is optional. When both products are licensed, its customer refund-request workflow can offer consented wallet credit for staff review. This plugin is not a banking service, a standalone payment processor or an independent cash-withdrawal engine.

Requires a supported WordPress and WooCommerce installation, HTTPS and PHP 8.2 or newer with the required extensions. Review the documentation, back up the ledger and test your actual gateways on a staging store before production use. One activation represents one licensed store installation. Software usage, updates and support follow the purchased billing term.

Define what the store is asking the tool to do

Describe how a balance is created, where it can be used and which records customers and staff need to inspect. Compare each required action with the current product documentation. Confirm supported gateways and any refund or adjustment workflow separately; installing a wallet plugin does not create a payment provider or determine the legal treatment of stored value.

Plan the configuration and the customer explanation together

Agree who will configure the tool, review permissions and test the balance journey with representative orders. Prepare clear store-facing instructions for the actions you enable.
